The Village of Paesolu belongs to the resort of Marina di Santa Giulia, which lies picturesquely in the green slopes of the bay and nestled in a total of 5 Residence areas.

In the bush, on a slope overlooking the bay of Santa Giulia is the embedded Paesolu Résidence. The bungalows are ordered in two groups and can be reached from the access road by small, natural stone-paved paths and steps. The type A bungalow has a small terrace facing north (shady during hot days). All accommodations have a terrace with a splendid panorama over the Bay of Santa Giulia. Here you can enjoy spend time with an aperitif over viewing Sardinia! The distance to the white, fine sandy beach is depending on the location of the bungalow and can be between 700 to 1100 mt.

Overall, the property extends over 20 hectares - from the hill down to the white sandy beach and turquoise sea of the bay. The facilities include the Residence's 3 swimming pools, 2 restaurants, a tennis court, a small shopping center and many opportunities for active holidays.

Two bungalow types are available, and offer a pleasant accommodation for 2 to 8 people.

Paesolu bungalow type A - 38 square meters for 2 to 4 people.
Each unit disposes of a living area of about 38 square meters. Facing the north is a little shady terrace, and in addition facing the southwest is the panoramic terrace. In the spacious lounge is a couch or a sofa 1.60 mt wide. To get through to the terrace there is a wide sliding glass doors. Here you will also find a barbeque. Furthermore, the bungalow disposes of a separate bedroom for 2 persons (double or single beds), a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, refrigerator, oven, filter coffee machine and dishwasher. Cooking and entertainment is available. For your valuables there is a small safe on the wall. A TV can be connected on demand.

Paesolu bungalow Type D - 76 square meters for 6 to 8 people.
The spacious bungalow has 3 separate bedrooms with double beds and a large 'salon de séjour' with fireplace, and 2 sleeping sofas 1.30 mt wide. A wide sliding glass door gives access to the panoramic terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. 1 bathroom with 1 bathtub with separate shower and 2 separate WCs. The kitchenette is equipped with electric stove, refrigerator, oven, filter coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. Cooking and entertainment equipment are also available. For your valuables there is a small safe on the wall. A TV can be connected on demand.

The environs of Porto-Vecchio belong to the main tourist centres of Corsica and are located in the southern area of the east coast. Wonderful beaches and a beautiful hilly landscape characterize the region. Porto-Vecchio itself boasts of picturesque alleys, restaurants and small shops. The old town (about 70 metres from the sea) has literally exceeded its walls. The largely preserved citadel of the city consists of five bastions and the Porte Génoise in the direction of the harbour, originally being the only access to the city.
Along the coast and the 'Golfe de Porto Vecchio' with its bays there are innumerable accommodations for everyone who would like to visit this beautiful corner of Corsica.
