The residence and holiday resort Perla di Mare is located on the Costa Serena, in eastern Corsica, about 5 km from Ghisonaccia. The setting is an old pine grove that extends all the way to the beach. Here you can enjoy a fantastic beach holiday, and you are still not far from the most beautiful mountain regions of Corsica. The singing of the cicadas, the scents of pine and eucalyptus trees are astounding here.

The residence accommodates its guests in 27 apartments and 27 mobile homes. You can choose between studio, the villas (several types, from T2 to T4) or if you are keen on being very close to nature - a new, spacious mobile home for 4-6 people.

studio - 20 square meters
The studio has a living area of 20 square metres and a 13 square-meter terrace. With its 2 single beds and the additional bed for a child, it can house up to 3 people. It has a small kitchenette with stove, refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. In addition, there is a direct dial telephone and a safe for your valuables.

Mini Villa T2 - 30 square meters
The mini Villa T2 is particularly comfortable, especially in some variants where it is divided in 2. It is 30 square meters and has a 13 square metre terrace. There are beds for 4 persons: the salon on the ground floor has a large sofa bed for 2 people; a separate bedroom has 2 single beds or a bunk bed. If necessary, another bed can be added. The facilities of the apartment T2 include a direct dial telephone and a safe. The kitchenette has a stove, a refrigerator and a microwave.

Mini Villa T3 - 40 square meters
The mini T3 Villa is 40 square meters and offers a total of 6 beds. A 13 square metre terrace is also available. In the living room there is a large sofa, offering with its width of 160 cm a comfortable sleeping space for 2 people. In the lounge there is a kitchenette, with stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. The mini Villa T3 has 2 separate bedrooms: one with a double bed - 140 cm wide, and one on the 1st Floor, equipped with a bunk bed. In this room another bed can be added if necessary. The facilities of the apartment T3 include a direct dial telephone and a safe.

Mini Villa T3 - Comfort - 50 to 55 square meters - people with disabilities
The residence Perla di Mare offers its guests with disabilities the Comfort Variant of the mini Villa T3 on the ground floor. It has a living area from 50 to 55 square meters and houses 6 to 7 people: A 1.40 m wide sofa is in the living room, one of the bedrooms has a 1.60 m wide bed, and the second bedroom has twin beds. If needed, additional beds can be added. The 13 to 16 square meters large terrace invites to laze out. The kitchenette is equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. The bathroom has a shower the toilet is separate. In addition, there is a direct dial telephone and a safe for your valuables.

Mini Villa T4 - 120 square meters
The mini Villa T4 is the widest accommodation in the residence Perla di Mare. It is 120 square meters and provides 6 to 8 beds: a large 160 cm wide bed in one of the bedrooms, 2 single beds in the other and two single beds in the mezzanine floor. In the spacious living room the 1.60 m wide sofa can also be used to sleep. In the T4 Villa there is a direct dial telephone and a safe. The 2 bathrooms are especially handy: one with separate toilet and the other with toilet and shower.

Mobile Homes de Luxe - 30 square meters - 4-5
The highly innovative mobile home in its de Luxe variant has a living area of 30 square meters, a covered terrace of 13 square meters and is fully air-conditioned. In the living room there is cosy seating. The functional kitchen has a stove, a refrigerator and a microwave. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The Mobile Home de Luxe is conceived for 4 to 5 persons and has 2 separate bedrooms. In one there is a large bed, the other 2 single beds. The seating in the living room can also easily be transformed into another comfortable bed.

Mobile Homes de Luxe - 30 square meters - 5-6
In the version for 5 / 6 persons there are 3 separate bedroom. One is equipped with a large bed and the other two with 2 single beds each. The functional kitchen has a stove, a refrigerator and a microwave. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet.

In the Résidence Perla di Mare there is a good restaurant (half board is possible) that is about as close to the beach as the swimming pool with waterfall. The summer program, appealing and versatile, is offered to both children and adults. The mini-club is for children from 5 years. From 27 - May to mid-September, the animators guarantee a lively mood, without of course disturbing those who prefer to have their peace and quiet. Especially the theme evenings very popular among young and old.

The active tourists have numerous opportunities to do some sport. Aerobic, aqua gym, volleyball, ping-pong, bowls and archery and the big playground for kids are for free.

On a supplement, you can water-ski windsurf, kayak Jet Ski and Jet bus.

Those who prefer to relax can laze out in the sauna.

Organized excursions are planned two times a week. From May to October, there is the possibility to rent bicycles for mountain bike trips.

In the immediate vicinity of the property you can have unforgettable trips on horseback both on the mountains and on the beach shore. Tennis lovers can enjoy their favourite sport in the course 2 km away.

This accomodation is exactly right for those who prefer sun, sea and relaxation and the proximity of a lovely holiday resort.

Along the main route Ghisonaccia has developed into a lively commercial-centre on the Costa Serena. Numerous small cafes and restaurants as well as a discotheque offer the visitors some variety even for a longer stay. The beach-sections of Ghisonaccia are popular particularly to families with children in the summer-months since there are very beautiful long sandy beaches as well as an extensive offer of holiday-residences.
In the direct vicinity, there is access to all types of sport. Particularly recommendable is to explore the mountain and river-landscape hiking, cycling or horse-riding. Early risers can start the day with zest on the tennis court and - why not - afterwards organise a table tennis tournament with the family. Also an 18-hole golf course is at your disposal, which is even floodlighted in the evening.
