The view of the Gulf of Calvi and the landscape of the Balagne are really unique. The villa was built in 2005 on a slope and was designed for 8 people.

The 175 sq m of living space spread across two floors. When you enter the entrance area, you come first in the floor where the three bedrooms are accommodated. Two of these rooms share a large balcony overlooking the sea. The beds are twin or double beds of 1.80 m in width; they can be, depending on the request, either put together or separate. Large wall cabinets offer sufficient storage space. Three bathrooms with washbasin, shower (or sometimes a bathtub) and toilet belong to these rooms.
A staircase leads down into the ground floor, a 60 square meters large living room with kitchen area, dining area and living area. A comfortable couch corner with armchairs, sofas, TV and DVD player is directly next to a large glass window, also with a view to the sea. The entire room is bright and pleasant and it gives access to the large terrace with sun loungers and the swimming pool. Who hasn't dreamed of having a swim in a pool and enjoy a wonderful view at the same time? A palm tree, bamboos and other vegetation stress even more the Mediterranean atmosphere.

From the kitchen and dining areas you also have direct access to the terrace. Here there are a large dining table and chairs under a sun marquee. The fourth of the rooms can be viewed as a small suite and it was provided with a private bathroom, a large double bed, a safe and provides access to a small garden. Here you can spend lots of relaxing and quite time in the Open with a view to Lumio.

The kitchen is equipped with everything and also a dishwasher, a stove with four glass-ceramic tops, a hood, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, and in a separate room there are washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner and ironing equipment. The rental price is inclusive of three hours a week cleaning service. Moreover there is a private parking in front of the villa.

A professional person is available for your arrival (for instance at the airport) and your comfort locally. You can inquire for a baby-sitting service and a chef against extra costs.

Lumio lies 238 m above sea level, adorned by a beautiful baroque church. The village is best explored on foot, meandering through the narrow streets, historic buildings and of course the incomparable views. From here is a 20 minute walk through the macchia to the ruins of the village Occi, which was abandoned after a landslide in 1852. Even the small Pisan-romanesque church of San Pietro and San Paolo from the 11th Century in the cemetery of Lumio is worth a visit. A pharmacy, post office and two small grocery stores are to be found directly in Lumio, for larger purchases go to the outskirts of Calvi, which is located 8 km away.

In Calvi miles of sandy beach await you, a beautiful marina, numerous streets to meander through and last not least the citadel of Calvi. Many sporting activities, culinary delights and numerous cultural events will enrich your holiday.

But in Lumio itself there is a small bay with a pebbly beach and rocks. From here worthwhile walks along the coast, a leap into the crystal-clear water or the exploration of the underwater world, with snorkeling or diving equipment. The restaurant Matahari welcomes you with drinks and selected delicacies. Four miles east of Lumio is Sant'Ambroggio, 20 km further Ile Rousse. Here you will find a variety of ways, to enjoy your holiday.
