The villa is modernly furnished and well equipped. The kitchen has a stove with oven, a refrigerator / freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The kitchen has a breakfast bar. Adjacent is a separate dining room and the large glass sliding doors open out onto the panoramic terrace.

The Villa A Petra Tufunata has 4 separate bedrooms. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, two with two single beds. The bedrooms with double beds are designed in an apartment-style,which means that the baths with power shower are integrated into the intimate atmosphere.
For the two bedrooms with single beds is a third bathroom. In addition, there are two separate toilets.
Three of the bedrooms are equipped with large glass doors that provide access directly on to the terrace of the villa. The fourth bedroom is euipped for the disabled with large sliding doors and easily accessible.

In the Villa A Petra Tufunata you have space in abundance. Depending on the mood and the weather situation, you can dine indoors or outdoors. The large main terrace is at the back of the villa and is furnished with a large stone table. The pool is for the safety of children, not directly accessible from here. Another terrace, also with a table and chairs, is located at the front of the house.

The main attraction of the Villa is certainly the 6 x 3 metre pool on the panoramic terrace. In order for swimming here to be as much fun as in the sea, a counter-flow system has been installed. The area around the pool is laid out with teak. Especially the sunset from here is a spectacle and the magic of it will enchant you.

This house is just right for relaxing, nature holidays and not far from the village, with many beautiful beaches in an acceptable distance.

In the small village of Speloncato you can find all you need: shops, bars and a restaurant.
Walking around the town you will feel like time has stopped. Twice a year, many visitors come to Speloncato to watch a show of lights. This event is held at the market square between March and April or in September. Just before sunset when the sun is hidden behind the hills of Monte Sant Angelo, the light shines through a natural rock opening, west of Speloncato directly to the Place de la Liberation donating new daylight temporarily. This moment brings something mystical and has long fascinated the residents and visitors from near and far.

The more active holidaymakers will also have plenty of things to do. Water sports are offered in Lozari and in Ile Rousse. Horse-riding through the fragrant maquis is possible in the Arbo valley.
