Small, cosy B & B with four rooms and a large garden, in the midst of an unspoiled nature.

Just like the Hawaiian "" Aloha ",in English "Welcome", the travel-experienced Corsican couple Paschetta-Corteggiani greet you with a warm reception. Your Bed & Breakfast has four very nice double rooms, each furnished in a particular style and each with a name.

Hawaii
The red-toned Hawaii, with a double bed and a single bed is adequate for 3 people. It is located on the first floor and has a covered balcony, which is ideal for taking breakfast with a mountain view. Table, chairs and a couch provide the necessary comfort. An attraction of Hawaii is the beautiful wooden bed draped with a veil. Here you will immediately feel very comfortable. Like all other rooms, the Hawaii has a bathroom with bath, washbasin and bidet. Only the toilet is located outside of the room - but it will not be used by any other guests.

India
The double room India is right next to Hawaii and harmonizes in yellow-orange tones. There is also a wooden double bed. On the covered balcony you can relax. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, bath and bidet.

Kent

The Kent room, also on the ground floor, is in English romantic style and has besides a small writing desk, a (slightly smaller) balcony. The room has a double bed and a bathroom with two washbasins, toilet, bidet and bath.

Marco Polo
The double room Marco Polo, also on the ground floor, is equipped with two single beds, which can be pushed together. The theme of this room is the Silk Road, the fusion of Asia with the sea. The bathroom has a toilet, bath and washbasin.


Each room has a small TV. A kettle is provided so that at any time you can prepare a hot drink, tea or coffee. At the same time enjoy a magnificent view of the Fango valley and the mountain peaks La Paglia and Tafunatu Orba.

A good start to the day guarantees the breakfast in the Casaloha. Fresh croissants, fruit juices and homemade jam will be served. If you do not wish to have breakfast on the balcony, you have the other possibilities either on the terrace in front of the house or in the spacious lounge. In the evening - especially in the cooler season - a cozy fire will be lit.

The immediate and more remote environment awaits exploration. On the 4000 sq.m grounds is a boule court, a table for table tennis and a chance to play basketball. This should be especially appealing for children who get up early. Even a tree house with a swing and several hammocks invite young and old alike.

This house is ideal for those who wish to spend a relaxing holiday in a nice atmosphere and in acceptable distance to the beach and mountains.

Galeria is a small resort with a long, dark pebbled beach surrounded by a beautiful mountain scenery, very charming Fango valley in the hinterland and the Fango river, of which the water level varies depending on the time of year. The many smoothed stones of all sizes are a testament to the power of the water that over millions of years has changed the landscape. The remoteness of this area certainly inspires you to short hikes along the river bed.
Those who wish to bathe in the clear mountain stream only need to go upstream about one kilometre. A beautifully curved bridge stretches across the Fango at this point. Here is the river several meters deep and from the other side you can attempt a plunge into the cold, crystal-clear water. The natural pool is still a little insider tip. In summer the local children, dive from the very top of the cliff into the cool water. Further up the valley, there are numerous other small niches on the river and trails on which to roam through the maquis and enjoy the unmistakable scents of the Corsican vegetation. Numerous stone walls and small villages enhance the picturesque landscape. To the end of the valley is about 12 km. On the small country road one can cycle along the direction of the river with imposing mountains in view.

The Fango valley belongs to the World Cultural Heritage by UNESCO and is one of the ten Biosphären of our planet (another example is the Amazon).

Also, the road to the sea is not far away. Only a few kilometres upstream from Galeria is a large beach with beautiful, small pebbles and stones. This bay is a real dream for all, a mountain view with the sound of the waves combine. Galeria itself offers its visitors a diving club, canoe tours and numerous boat trips to the area of Scandola-nature reserve.
Galeria is between Calvi and Porto, both places to pay a visit and its visitors with fine restaurants and a unique ambience. Even trips to the Spelunca Gorge between Evisa and Ota or to the Calanques de Piana are really recommended.
